Also, we cannot refund or exchange earrings for hygiene reasons. However, we will refund or exchange any faulty item within 28 days of delivery, including postage costs. After 28 days, if an item is faulty and you return it to us within 6 months, we will offer you a repair or, if we can't repair it, a replacement.
